How I became a certified luxury travel advisor
Anyone else spend way too much time reading luxury advisor guides trying to decide if it's worth paying someone to help with high-end buys? I went in skeptical, expecting pure marketing fluff, but some of these actually explain access to limited releases and insider pricing pretty clearly. Not all of it is convincing though, some feels padded just to sound impressive.
Has anyone actually hired a luxury advisor after reading through one of these guides, or is it mostly theoretical for most of us? I keep seeing claims about exclusive access and personalized service, sounds great on paper. But I'd rather hear from someone who's actually paid for it and felt it was worth every penny. Thoughts?
Honestly I stumbled onto this site while trying to figure out which watch was actually worth the hype, and I ended up spending way more time than planned reading through the breakdowns. It's not flashy, just seems like people who actually know the market putting things in plain terms. Anyone else find themselves going down a rabbit hole with stuff like this?
What struck me most was how practical the comparisons were, no weird jargon, just straightforward pros and cons that actually helped me decide. I ended up saving myself a decent chunk of money by not buying the first shiny thing I saw. Has anyone else used something similar before making a big purchase, or am I just late to this?
